This workshop is run over a weekend and covers a broad spectrum of the requirements of an actor for film, TV & commercials in New Zealand.

The workshop is taught by Ben Farry who is a working professional actor & a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London. He has numerous Film, TV & Theatre credits to his name including Pearl Harbour, Driftwood, MacBeth (London Globe), The Duchess of Malfi, The Talented Mr Ripley & many more.

This intensive course focuses predominately on acting for the camera, audition techniques, accessing emotion, script analysis & freeing the voice – it combines elements of the Meisner & Stanivlavski techniques as well as Ben’s own personal approach to acting.
